Illinois Food System Infrastructure Collaborative Southern Illinois Tour

Are you involved in the food system infrastructure in Illinois? Are you a stakeholder or take part in the management or development of the system working to feed Illinoisans with the food grown right here in our own backyards?
If yes, you should join us for a tour of vibrant southern Illinois food system infrastructure on Friday, January 16th!
This all day tour will make three stops throughout the day: @pinktigerfarm, LEAF Food Hub , and @glaciers_end. You’ll have a chance to see inside these incredible farm-based food businesses in Southern Illinois.
Their owners will show us how they do their work and be available to answer detailed questions about how they developed their infrastructure assets, what they’ve learned, and where they hope their work will go next.
