At this year’s Golden Harvest Celebration, you’ll enjoy a locally-sourced dinner expertly crafted by Moveable Feast & Co. including:
Honey Kale Salad
A vibrant, autumn-inspired dish bursting with fresh flavors and textures of seasonal apples, pears, hazelnuts, dates, and fennel topped off with a touch of white cheddar and a light honey vinaigrette dressing.
Dijon Chicken
Enriched with the depth of white wine and sweet, golden caramelized onions, this dish is savory, aromatic, and perfect for an elegant, comforting meal.
Sweet Potato Cakes
Topped with a smoky poblano cream and paired with a fresh, tangy kale slaw, you’ll enjoy layers of flavor and a satisfying crunch.
Vegan Roasted Beets & Citrus
Beets complimented with complemented by crisp fennel, fresh mint, and a zesty orange tarragon vinaigrette, creating a vibrant, refreshing dish with bold, aromatic flavors.
Potato Gratin
Layers of thinly sliced potatoes with tender leeks and rich, nutty Gruyère cheese, baked to golden perfection.
Dessert Tray
Indulge after dinner with a delightful assortment of treats including fudgy brownies, whimsical fairytales, marbled swirls, rich dark chocolate salty oat cookies, and a selection of seasonal cookies and bars. Gluten free selections available.
